CA. Om Prakash Harlalka is the founder partner of the firm and is into practice since 1972. Born and brought up in Assam, he migrated to Kolkata after graduation. He started his practice with Income tax assignments, company and partnership formations and audit. He is a renowned practitioner with an impeccable and unblemished track record. His rich experience, vast knowledge and erudite speaking has helped him in handling professional matters very efficiently and has always earned him respect and accolades from his peers and colleagues, clients and his juniors alike. A regular morning walker and health freak, till date his disciplined lifestyle and active professionalism is a point of discussion in the society. He is also a philanthropist who believes in giving to the mankind and helping the under privileged. A role model to many in true sense.

CA. Runit Harlalka

CA. Runit Harlalka joined the firm as a partner in 2004 and is actively involved in handling the direct and indirect taxation and company matters, audit assignments and technological developments of the firm. He is a Certified IFRS professional since 2010 and has successfully completed the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection course by the ICAI in 2021. He is also a certificate holder of Trust & Estate Planning Program offered by AIWMI in the month of June 2021. A firm believer in serving the clients professionally albeit with a personal touch, he is also an active sports person and loves playing badminton, cricket and table tennis. He has participated in many tournaments organized by the ICAI and won several awards too. He has been a speaker on tax audit and IT return filing matters organized by the various study circles of the ICAI. A well travelled personality, he loves music and is a Pranic Healer too.
